The staff care about your order, as I received emails thanking me for my business, and I was informed on the status of my order from the moment I placed it. Great prices (compared to store bought products it is more expensive, but KM products are more elite haircare brand so the price reflects). They do have random promos so that's a bonus! The items were packaged with care, and they were brand new (nothing sketchy happening here), so there was no leakage, and it came very fast (about a week to Ontario). Will happily order again!
