Okay... this company simply ROCKS! I could not believe it when I found my favorite shampoo from Kevin Murphy (my salon is closed permanently) at half the price all the other guys online wanted. Then I had free shipping, product shipped THAT DAY (Monday) - I got email confirmation - I got note from the Ops Director thanking me for the purchase - I got tracking for the purchase - was notified when it shipped and today (Wednesday) received the product which is exactly what it said it was - along with a discount code for future online purchase. It is now often I am blown out of the water but this (CANADIAN might I add) company did everything RIGHT and some more. Reminds me of the good old WESTJET. A big THANK YOU!
