Order Status & Tracking:
When your shipping label was created, you’ll will have received an email from us that contained your tracking number. If you can’t find it in your inbox, be sure to check your spam folder too! Search your inbox for email from support@haircarecanada.ca
To view order status/track your order, just enter your tracking number on the applicable carrier’s website:

If your parcel seems to be missing, you can file a claim with the carrier. Please speak directly to an agent, as using the virtual assistant may not provide you with the correct information and could result in a repetitive cycle. Once you’ve spoken with an agent and filed the claim, simply email us the carrier's support or case reference number, and we’ll assist in finalizing the claim!
Note: If Hair Care Canada initiates the claim, it may take up to 15 business days for resolution, as the carrier must confirm the issue with you before proceeding. However, if you initiate the claim and provide us with the case number assigned by the carrier, we can typically resolve the issue within 5 business days.

Damaged Deliveries:
If your order arrives damaged, we’re very sorry to hear this! Please take photos of the damage, including the shipping box, label, packaging materials, and the damaged product. Then email us the details and photos at support@haircarecanada.ca, and we’ll help you get things sorted.
